What is AIESEC?

AIESEC (Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales) is the world's largest global youth-led organization, dedicated to developing leadership potential through practical experiences. Present in over 100 countries, AIESEC connects students and graduates with international opportunities such as professional internships, volunteering, and cultural exchanges.

Through these programs, participants not only gain professional experience but also develop key skills like communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a multicultural environment. AIESEC's focus is on personal growth, as well as making a positive impact on society. We believe that young people have the power to change the world, and this organization provides them with the tools and opportunities to truly do so.

Through teamwork, leading people, and collaborating with partners, AIESEC members learn how to make concrete changes, starting from their surroundings all the way to the global picture of the world.

AIESEC's Mission

AIESEC's mission is to develop young leaders through practical experiences in challenging and international environments.
