FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION FORM
Fill out the form for exchanges and internships and take the first step towards an international AIESEC experience. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours to arrange a consultation meeting with all the information about the next steps and any questions you have.
STEP 2
CONSULTATION MEETING
During the consultation meeting, you will learn in detail how the entire process works, you will be able to ask anything you are interested in, and, with the help of an AIESEC member, start looking for the ideal project or internship for yourself.
STEP 3
SEARCHING FOR A PROJECT
The search can sometimes take a couple of days, and sometimes a couple of months. New volunteer projects and internships are constantly opening in different countries, so one thing is certain: in the end, everyone finds the ideal opportunity for themselves.
STEP 4
CV AND MOTIVATION LETTER
When you find an opportunity you want to apply for, you fill out the application form. The form is located on the page of each project and internship on the aiesec.org website. There you need to attach your CV and write a motivation letter. After that, the organizing team of this project or internship will contact you and give you further instructions.
STEP 5
ONLINE INTERVIEW
Most often, the selection process consists of only one or more rounds of online interviews conducted by AIESEC in the chosen country. They will test your language proficiency, your teamwork and communication skills, motivation, and technical knowledge to see if you fit what is needed for the given project or internship.
STEP 6
SELECTION RESULTS
After you have completed all selection rounds, AIESEC makes a decision on whether to accept or reject your application. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. In the end, you will be notified of the decision in either case via email or message.
