During the meeting and interview, you will discuss all the details of the programme with AIESEC members. Together we will assess whether this is the right fit for your needs and define concrete guidelines for the next steps.

ONLINE CONVERSATIONS
The time between your official entry into the project and the arrival of the international student typically ranges from a few weeks to a couple of months. During this period, you will have the opportunity to get to know the selected candidate better through a series of informal online conversations, ensuring mutual trust before their arrival.
STEP 4
PROGRAMME START & STUDENT ARRIVAL
Our team will provide you with precise information about the exact arrival time of the international student well in advance. Their engagement and official stay at your organisation begin as soon as they arrive in Serbia, marking the start of our work together towards shared goals and projects.
