What is the Accelerate Serbia program?
Accelerate Serbia is part of the Global Talent program - AIESEC's global initiative for incoming professional internships. The program lets young professionals gain practical experience working at a foreign company, building their skills and career beyond their own country's borders. Through Accelerate Serbia, local companies host foreign interns and in turn gain a fresh perspective, new ideas and trends from abroad. This drives not only the development of employees and teams, but also contributes to the wider progress of the business environment in Serbia. Depending on the size and needs of the company, an intern can be hosted for 6 or 8 weeks, or for a longer period of 3 or 6 months - whichever best suits your business goals.
