FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION
Fill in the membership form and take the first step towards an AIESEC experience. We will get back to you within 24–48 hours with all the information about the next steps for joining the largest youth organisation in the world.
STEP 2
INTERACTIVE TEAM WORKSHOP
After applying, you will attend a workshop in which you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your way of thinking, teamwork, and core skills through short case studies and practical tasks in a collaborative and challenging environment.
STEP 3
INTERVIEW WITH AIESEC
At the interview, you will answer a few basic questions related to your application for AIESEC membership. The atmosphere is relaxed - just come as yourself, ready to talk about who you are and what interests you.
STEP 4
SELECTION RESULTS
After completing all selection steps, AIESEC makes a decision on your membership application. The evaluation process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Regardless of the outcome, you will be notified of the final decision in due time via email or message.
